About the role

As a Collection Advisor at PS Finance Group, you will be responsible for the entire customer experience. Your responsibilities will include case management of claims, customer responsibility, advisory services, credit analysis, payment settlements, and legal actions. In this role, you will act as a representative for our B2B customers and handle all communication with your assigned customers, your customers' customers, and authorities.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• An interest in working with finance and debt collection.

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or case handling within a relevant industry, such as debt collection, real estate, insurance, or similar.

• A YH or university degree in finance, public administration, business, or a related field.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Good computer and system skills.

Meritorious

• Experience from the debt collection industry previously.

• Experience in property debt collection.
